We are very proud to be a Community Learning Center that provides services to engage, educate and support our students, their families and our community. We have partners on site that provide health services and personal support. We also have countless other partners, including community volunteers and an active PTO, that focus on the whole student throughout their journey with us.
To learn more about how your company or organization can become a Community Learning Center partner or volunteer, please contact Jill Smith at (513) 363-7820 or via email.

Parenting is a universal language. Beech Acres partners with AWL to provide parents with the support they need to help their children succeed in school. Beech Acres' Family Peer Support Providers are parents like you, who are familiar with community resources and have experience advocating for their children. They can work with you to set goals for your family, then connect you with the information or tools you need to achieve them.
Beech Acres also supports AWL students with behavioral and emotional health needs. Students can work with a Beech Acres therapist to build coping skills and confidence, manage difficult emotions, and improve relationships.
For many children, the end of the school day marks the beginning of idle and unsupervised time. The Children’s Home offers a fun and educational alternative for children ages 5-12 years. The program supports working families by providing a safe place for children to learn and grow, with convenient hours between the end of daily classes and 6:00 p.m. on school days. Child care vouchers issued through the Ohio Department of Job & Family Services and self-pay are accepted as payment.
The school-based Health Center at AWL coordinates health services, working hard to keep students healthy and ready to learn. Find Health Center forms here.
